“As if, I will forgive you…”

As unfortunate as it seems, and in much the same way as there is no sacrifice for deliberate sin¹, there is also no forgiveness for those who do not offer it to others themselves². This is difficult stuff, but is consistent with the priceless sacrifice Christ made. A price, the value of which is upheld by the Father as he refuses to cheapen it by allowing us live in judgement of others, without restraint.

“As” – I forgive others, my Father forgives me…
“If” – I choose not too forgive others, neither will my Father forgive me…

“I will forgive you…”
